A man has been arrested in connection with a rural estate burglary in Hampshire.
On 10 December 2024, a quadbike, a tractor, a trailer and some tools were stolen from Cranbury Park in the Otterbourne area.
Police have been making a number of enquiries since, and on Monday 10 March conducted an arrest at an address in the St Leonards area of Dorset.
During a search of the address, police found a small quantity of suspected cocaine and drugs paraphernalia.
A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary and possession of Class A drugs.
He has been released from custody but remains under investigation while enquiries continue.
We continue to encourage anyone with information about rural crime, or suspicious individuals and vehicles operating in rural areas to report this to police.
