Appeal for witnesses following two robberies in Eastleigh


We are appealing for witnesses following two reports of robbery in Eastleigh yesterday morning (Tuesday 26 March).

During the incidents, the victims – two teenage boys – were reportedly approached by two men who stole a coat and attempted to steal a bag.

The first incident occurred at approximately 11am in Cranbury Road. An attempt was made to steal the victim’s bag by grabbing hold of the straps, but this was unsuccessful. Incident 44240128980 refers.

The second incident occurred approximately ten minutes later in Desborough Road. On this occasion, verbal threats were made towards the victim and his coat was stolen. Incident 44240128649 refers.

If you were in either area at the time of these incidents, witnessed anything suspicious, or have any photos or video footage, including CCTV, doorbell camera, dash cam or mobile phone, please call 101 and quote the corresponding incident numbers.
